I'm relatively new to LiveJournal and was looking for a nice community to join! I found you nearly straight away and after taking a quick look round I decided to keep hanging around. Hope you don't mind the company!
So, who am I?
I'm a 17-year-old pagan from the south of the Netherlands. I'm female and therefore as hysterical and huggable as you can possibly imagine. I live and study at home, so my parents can usually find me straight away when they look towards the computer corner! I do get out of the house every once in a while to meet up with friends, take a nice walk with my dog (autumn's fantastic for that!) and to just generally go shopping.
Now, before I go and get all side-tracked... let's get back to the "pagan"-portion. I was raised in a Roman Catholic household, but my parents aren't really strict when it comes to the religion as such. I daresay that I'm in fact the only one out of the three of us who has read the Bible. But when I grew older I also felt that something was missing from this religion. I started to look for something that would be the missing piece of the puzzle for me personally, and I found this in paganism. Ever since I got in touch with it approximately six years ago (yes, time flies by on a broomstick when you're having fun!) I have felt at home in the pagan way of life. Right now I'm looking into Druidry more and more because the eclectic way doesn't provide me with enough "structure" and because I'm simply drawn to their beautiful Druidic customs and rituals.
I also have developed a fond love of tarot, crystal healing, energywork in general and expressing my pathways through my creative adventures. These are perhaps my strongest guides on my pagan path and I'm looking forward to sharing at least a portion of it with you!
